Music Mondays are informal music sessions led by Liverpool Philharmonic musician Ian.
Music Mondays are part of Liverpool Philharmonic’s Social Prescribing programme. The sessions are open to anyone aged 18+ in the Liverpool City Region.
The sessions support wellbeing through learning about music and connecting with others. All in a relaxed, fun and safe environment.
All sessions take place in Music Room, Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.
You don’t need to play a musical instrument to get involved. There is free tea or coffee in our welcoming venue.
Come along and try it out! You are welcome to attend as many of the sessions as you would like.
Feel free to get in touch if you are a community organisation, GP or Social Prescribing Link Worker or an individual who would like to refer yourself for a place on the programme.
Sessions are free, but booking is required to attend.
