The next generation of music lovers

Liverpool Philharmonic provides a range of ways for children and young people to get involved in performing, enjoying and creating music.

For children aged 7 - 12 with a passion for singing, we offer choral training through our Children's Choir and Melody Makers.

For young people aged 11-23, Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Company offers a range of opportunities through membership of Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Academy OrchestraLiverpool Philharmonic Youth Choir, and Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Brass Band.

Youth Company provides chamber music experiences, master classes with international artists, supervised concert visits, conducting and composition workshops. Learn about different musical styles and genres including Musical Theatre, Brass Band, Folk and Big Band with industry professionals, and find out more about careers in music through work experience and our annual Music Industry Careers Day
