Stage Door Receptionist

As the largest music organisation in the city, life at Liverpool Philharmonic is always busy and varied. Hosting around 400 events every year and with staff working across many departments and projects, there’s always lots going on at our home, Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. We’re currently looking to recruit a Stage Door Receptionist, who will be the first point of contact for everyone visiting or working at the Hall. You’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, touring productions and staff, ensuring that everyone is signed in correctly. You’ll answer the Stage Door phone, responding to general customer queries and passing on calls and information to different departments. You’ll also carry out a whole range of administrative tasks – from updating information screens and recording deliveries, to monitoring CCTV and issuing parking permits. If you’re a positive and professional problem-solver, with a passion for music and experience in providing impeccable customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

The salary for this role is £9.90 per hour. This is a variable hour contract. We will aim to allocate a minimum of 25 hours per week where possible, with any additional hours paid extra at £9.90 per hour.
