Whether you're a first time visitor or a long time subscriber, our FAQs are here to help!

  • Can I exchange my tickets for another performance?

    If you have ordered a Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra multibuy offer (subscription), we are happy to exchange tickets free of charge (differences in ticket prices may apply, and tickets must be returned to the box office at least 24 hours in advance of the performance).

    If you have not ordered a multibuy offer, you can exchange your tickets for a service charge of £5 per ticket.

  • When will my tickets be mailed out?

    Tickets for the 2024/25 Season will be mailed out in June.
