Frequently asked questions
Please feel free to get in touch with the relevant team if you have any further questions.
Our Hire page has plenty of information about our venues and includes a virtual tour of Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and the Music Room.
If you're interested in hiring a Liverpool Philharmonic venue for a show, or have a proposal for a co-promotion please contact Richard Haswell.
Whilst we are flexible with on sale dates, we do require at least three working days notice before an event can go on sale and assets will need to be provided as soon as possible.
For events in Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, we offer our priority booking members up to 48 hours (24 hours minimum) priority booking. Please take this into consideration when creating an on sale schedule.
For events in the Music Room, there is no priority booking period but events generally go on sale on a Thursday.
We do not announce shows on social media, but we will create a Facebook event to be live for the announcement. An event listing will be added to the website and the event will also be featured in the Just Announced section of the website.
We’re not currently requesting any physical print for our venues as we made the decision to remove all flyers inside the building, as part of our environmental action plan. We will continue to display our latest What’s On Guide which covers all events that take place in both venues (within set periods).
Please be aware that if we receive unsolicited physical print for your event, this print will be disposed of and you may be charged for the disposal.
If you would like us to update or change information on your event listing, please contact the Marketing team.
Please note that the Marketing team ultimately have editorial control of all content so changes may not always be made or may be edited.
Please contact Programming as soon as possible.
For Liverpool Philharmonic Hall events, we are happy to release holds with authorisation. Please contact Show Advancing to arrange this.
For Music Room events, there is the option to increase capacity but this needs to be discussed with Programming. We are also happy to release holds with authorisation, please contact Show Advancing to arrange this.
