We’re back!
Our venue is Covid-secure, with special measures taken, including socially-distanced seating, one-way systems, hand sanitiser stations and regular fogging of our building. In recent surveys, 98% of customers said they felt completely or very safe in attending and a similar number rated their overall experience as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’.
Audiences commented on recent performances:
“I am so glad Liverpool Phil started to provide concerts and made such excellent arrangements to provide concerts safely. I have really enjoyed each of the concerts and it was great to see other regular Phil attendees.”
“Very emotional. When the first note was played I burst into tears.”
“A few bars, and I knew I was again hearing a great orchestra. A joy to see and hear players I know and love, who haven’t performed at the Phil for months but who still had the excellence and unmistakable Phil sound.”
For your safety and comfort
If you have not been back to the Hall yet, please be aware that we’ve limited the number of seats for sale and seating will be socially distanced, as will the Orchestra on stage. You’ll be required to wear a face covering during the entirety of your visit (unless exempt). You can enjoy drinks at your seat in the auditorium by pre-ordering with your tickets. Or come to the Grand Foyer Bar from 30 minutes prior to the concert to enjoy drinks and snacks at your table!
Book with confidence
If you are unable to attend a concert due to illness or self-isolation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll exchange your tickets for another performance or credit. If a concert is cancelled, you will be eligible for a full refund or credit towards future ticket purchases.
