Brilliant young musicians from across the UK join forces for Gavin Higgins' Concerto Grosso, celebrated as a jamboree of sound, and embrace the energy of Prokofiev’s extraordinary Symphony No.5 – one of the greatest gestures of musical defiance and hope of all time. Written in 1945, this music looks forward to the future. You’ll never have heard orchestral music played like this before!
