When ordering tickets online or by phone, if you request tickets to be posted (UK only), your tickets will arrive within five working days. If you have not received your tickets three days before the event, please contact Box Office on 0151 709 3789.
If you have requested etickets, your tickets will be attached as a PDF to your order confirmation. Please note that we have experienced issues with Gmail accounts blocking our emails/eticket attachments. If you have not received your etickets, please contact Box Office on 0151 709 3789.
You will not be able to attend the event without valid tickets, so it's really important you let us know if you have not received them.
You can arrange to collect your tickets from Box Office during checkout, by selecting the ‘Pick up’ delivery option.
To collect your tickets, please make sure you know the order number and the name that the tickets were booked under, especially if someone is collecting the tickets on your behalf.

Occasionally, additional terms and conditions such as ID checks may be place for selected events. These terms and conditions are at the request of the tour to prevent ticket touts from buying tickets and to help fans get tickets to their favourite artists. The additional terms and conditions, when in place, will be stated on the event listing on Liverpool Philharmonic’s website.

We kindly ask that customers don’t wait until arriving at the venue before alerting us to any changes of seating they may require, as it may not always be possible to accommodate last minute requests, especially if the event is popular.
