Why do I need to create an account to order?
You need to create an online account in order to buy tickets and services from our website. Once you have created your online account, your information will be saved in our system so that you can check out faster the next time you use our website.

Check your booking history and transactions
View your gift card balance
Update your communication preferences
Update/add postal addresses
Update your password

If you do not wish to make an online account, you can still book tickets by visiting Box Office during opening hours or by calling Box Office on 0151 709 3789.

Please note that after a number of failed attempts to log in to your account, your online account will be locked and you will need to call Box Office on 0151 709 3789 to get it unlocked.
