One of our former Artists in Residence, Simone Lamsma has given many outstanding performances in Liverpool. But today, in partnership with pianist Jonathan Fournel, she shares a more intimate side of her artistry. Stravinsky at his most playful, Fauré and Brahms at their most romantic, and Ravel’s ear-tingling pyrotechnics: it’s a very personal portrait of a violinist we’ve grown to love.
