LightNight 2019

Liverpool Acoustic join forces with Liverpool Philharmonic to present a very special evening of music for LightNight 2019, with the Music Room playing host to a specially curated line-up of talented local musicians.

Performing on the evening will be the two winners of the Liverpool Acoustic Songwriting Challenge: judges' choice Rachael Jean Harris and audience favourite Alison Benson. Completing the line-up will be three stunning acoustic guitar and vocal harmony duos, White Little Lies, Visions of Albion and Two Black Sheep.

The evening runs from 5pm through to 10pm with every act performing a ten minute set each hour, so whatever time you pop into the Music Room - you’re guaranteed to hear some amazing live music.

The theme of this year's LightNight is ‘Ritual’ and the artists will all be invoking the spirit of ritual in their performances and musical arrangements, so expect a few surprises!

10% administrative fee applies for online & telephone orders.
A £2.50 postage fee is applicable on all orders if opting for postal delivery.

LightNight Liverpool

This event is part of the tenth annual LightNight Liverpool, the free one-night arts festival, which is taking place on Friday 17 May 2019.

On LightNight, Liverpool springs to life for a Friday night out like no other. With new commissions and a packed programme of more than 100 events, the festival offers an unforgettable experience to be enjoyed with friends and family. Venues across the city will stay open late to present live music, workshops, theatre, exhibitions and much more.

For 2019 LightNight explores personal and collective rituals, from the spiritual to the habitual, and consider how they help us to understand the world and define, or transcend, our place within it.

Festival guides can be purchased from selected outlets across the city centre or ordered online at lightnightliverpool.co.uk.

LightNight is produced by local social enterprise Open Culture.
